the intermediate/advanced weekend intensives are designed for individuals familiar with the practice and its fundamental principles.
each person is entrusted with regulating the pace and depth of their emotional or sensory encounters, retaining the freedom to step back, slow down, or shift focus.
a respect for the unique process of each person, including you, is a shared value.
